What now?

The paleo challenge has come to an end, and we’re busy collecting results and measurements. If you haven’t come in to be measured and have your ‘after’ pictures taken please come in during this next week.

So far everyone has made progress! A few more than others but we’ll come to that when we announce the winner and the results next Sunday (11th April after the morning WODs, so please come by!).

So how do you transition from the paleo challenge back to regular life? Why not continue eating paleo? Imagine what your results could be with another 6 weeks of paleo?

If you’re determined to let a few non paleo foods in then bear this in mind:

Introduce non paleo foods slowly and observe the effects that each has on your body, pay attention to bloat, stuffy noses, tiredness, sleep quality etc.  If you follow a 90% paleo compliant diet you will continue to see results. 80% will keep you where you are now, less than that and you will be going backwards again. Whatever you decide, please, pretty please, don’t go back to eating non paleo foods on a daily basis.

A final thought: You cannot out train a shitty diet.
