Good morning CrossFit Léman

And here we are on the first morning of the Paleo Challenge. I just want to answer a recurrent I had these past days about the breakfasts. Just think of it like it’s another meal or a big starter with protein, vegetables & fruits and good oils. To give you a few ideas for the first meal of the day:

  • avocado, shrimp and mayo with cayenne pepper
  • scrambled eggs with smoked salmon and sautée courgettes
  • omelette with mushroom and chives with olive oil
  • any leftover from the dinner before
  • fruit smoothies with hard boiled egg on the side and few nuts
  • the choices are endless..

This is what I had for breakfast this morning – 2 egg omelet, bok choi, smoothie an fish oil
