Hello Pumpkin!

A great seasonal vegetable to use and abuse. I found this variety that tastes like hazelnuts. So I used it for our dinner. To make it you will need:

Tatin à la Paleo.

A well appreciated desert originated in Sologne, France called Tarte Tatin has now a Paleo version. You will need :

Thai meat balls

And here we go again with our delicious Paleo cooking mode.

Today we’re making Thai meat balls, they are very easy to make and are very tasty. To make them you will need:

500g ground pork
300g big prawns cout into small pieces
2 Ts freshly grated ginger (you can also cut into small pieces)
