What is the Paleo Challenge?
It’s a 4 week period during which you are going to experience the way of eating of our ancestors that were walking the earth 500 thousand years ago. The way they ate was the one of hunter-gatherers and this diet has been built into our genes.
In the Genolier Boucherie I found a good choice of local meats and starting yesterday they’re selling pork raised primarily on vegetables. This is to say that its a good quality pork with a better ratio of Omega 3/Omega 6 oils. Much better for us than grain fed ones.

Nothing like having your own tomatoes growing in the garden. It does require work, maintenance and watering, but like with kids you just focus on the best of what you get .
